Do you know Moringa?
Moringa is a tree soberly nicknamed “tree of life”. Its leaves have been used for centuries to combat nutritional deficiencies in Africa. Their health properties are so exceptional that its consumption is recommended as a superfood. Some say that its consumption could fight against more than 300 diseases. Not very surprising when you know that moringa is full of proteins, essential amino acids, vitamins and nearly 50 antioxidants.
