Usage tips

Simply mix a tablespoon of Archie's Apple Cider Vinegar to your clay in a bowl. Then, apply the foamy texture in a thin layer to the face, avoiding the eye area. Then, leave it on and rinse gently with clean water before the clay dries completely.
Avoid using metal utensils during your preparation.

Why drink apple cider vinegar?

Apple cider vinegar has been studied for decades for its health benefits. Its interest in controlling blood sugar levels, helping with weight loss and digestion are among the main benefits advanced.

When to drink Archie cider vinegar?

You can take it in the morning on an empty stomach for a “detox” and before your heavy meals. You can also take it after meals to prevent bloating.

How to drink Archie?

One tablespoon diluted in a glass of still or sparkling water, cold or room temperature. You can also add your dose to a lukewarm infusion (especially not hot so as not to "kill" the mother of your vinegar and its good bacteria.

Is there a risk for dental enamel?

If you do not have any particular dental sensitivity and you always drink it well diluted in water, there is no particular risk. If you have sensitive enamel, we recommend drinking your Archie vinegar through a straw or rinsing your mouth after taking it.
