Fluffy pancakes with cider vinegar

INGREDIENTS

250g of flour

4 tablespoons of sweetener of your choice

1 tablespoon of baking powder

480 hours of vegetable milk

2 tablespoons Archie cider vinegar

2 teaspoons of vanilla extract.

STEPS

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the milk, cider vinegar and vanilla extract. Mix everything with a whisk and let sit for 15 minutes.

Grease a pan with a little oil over medium heat. Spoon the mixture into the pan. When bubbles begin to appear on the surface, flip the pancakes and cook them on the other side until golden brown (2 to 3 minutes).

Serve with your favorite toppings.

Archie Apple Cider Vinegar and Banana Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 frozen banana

2 tablespoons Archie cider vinegar

8 frozen strawberries

1 tablespoon chia seeds

6 ice cubes

STEPS

With the exception of the ice cubes, place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you obtain a puree consistency. Add the ice cubes and blend again until you obtain the desired consistency. It is ready to be enjoyed.

Humus

A good dose of plant-based proteins.
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp of cider vinegar
400g chickpeas
3 cloves of garlic
2 cups of tahini
3 cases of lemon juice
2 tsp cumin
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 pinch of salt
STEPS
Take the flesh of the two avocados and put it in a container.
Combine with the red onions, chives and your cider vinegar.
Mash all the ingredients together with a fork Sprinkle with salt and
pepper for seasoning. Spread the mixture on a slice of
bread and enjoy!


Soft apple cake

This cake is an excellent base to give free rein to your
imagination. Add cinnamon & all your favorite spices.

INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of cider vinegar
280g flour
1 tablespoon of baking soda
150 ml of milk
60 ml of oil of your choice 2 organic apples
Sweetener of your choice

STEPS
Mix the oil, milk and cider vinegar.
Add the flour, yeast and salt.
Peel the apples and add them to the preparation
Pour into a previously greased cake mold. Bake for 45
minutes at 180 degrees.
