Fluffy pancakes with cider vinegar
Our little secret: mix Archie's cider vinegar with baking soda, 100% guaranteed fluffy pastries.
INGREDIENTS
250g flour
4 tablespoons of sweetener of your choice
1 tablespoon baking powder
480h of vegetable milk
2 tablespoons Archie's Apple Cider Vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
STEPS
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add milk, cider vinegar and vanilla extract. Mix everything with a whisk and let sit for 15 minutes.
Grease a pan with a little oil over medium heat. Spoon the mixture into the pan. When bubbles start to appear on the surface, flip the pancakes and cook on the other side until golden brown (2 to 3 minutes).
Serve with your favorite toppings.
Archie's Apple Cider Vinegar and Banana Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
1 frozen banana
2 tablespoons Archie's Apple Cider Vinegar
8 frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
6 ice cubes
STEPS
Except for the ice cubes, place all the ingredients in a blender and blend them until you get a puree consistency. Add the ice cubes and blend again until you get the desired consistency. It is ready to be enjoyed.
Hummus
A good dose of plant protein.
INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
400g chickpeas
3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp tahini
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 pinch of salt
STEPS
Remove the flesh from both avocados and place it in a container.
Combine with red onions, chives and your cider vinegar.
Mash all ingredients together with a fork. Sprinkle with salt and
pepper for seasoning. Spread the mixture on a slice of
bread and enjoy!
Soft apple cake
INGREDIENTS
1 tsp salt
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
280g flour
1 tablespoon baking soda
150 ml of milk
60 ml of oil of your choice 2 organic apples
Sweetener of your choice
STEPS
Mix the oil, milk and cider vinegar.
Add the flour, yeast and salt.
Peel the apples and add them to the mixture.
Pour into a previously greased cake tin. Bake for 45
minutes at 180 degrees.
