To maximize the assimilation of nutrients and their benefits, we recommend drinking a shot 15 to 30 minutes before your lunch.

Store in a cool place before and after opening.

A delivery date will be assigned to you by default on D+2 (to be confirmed). Your presence is required at the time of delivery. However, you will receive an email and a text message offering to change your slot the day before delivery if you cannot be available.

HPP vs pasteurization:

The HPP (High Pressure Processing) process is a revolutionary preservation technique that consists of immersing bottles in a tank filled with cold water and subjecting them to intense pressure. The pressure exerted, of around 6,000 bars, neutralizes potentially pathogenic bacteria (*listeria, toxoplasmosis, salmonella, escherichia coli, etc.)* without ever heating the product and therefore without impacting the precious nutrients contained in the juice.

The juice therefore remains fresh and raw, as if it had just been squeezed at home. This is a significant improvement over pasteurization, which heats the juice between 66° and 88°C to completely neutralize bacteria, and unfortunately, micronutrients.
