Using a bottle of Archie, Margot came up with this recipe that was as delicious as it was simple. So we share with you the key to the best cucumber pickles with archie cider vinegar.
For a small pot:
- 10cl of Archie
- 15cl of water
- 20g of sugar
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 pinch of salt
In a small saucepan, bring the vinegar, water, sugar and salt mixture to a boil.
Meanwhile, wash and cut the cucumber into thin slices using a mandolin. Place the slices in a small glass jar with the bay leaf.
When the mixture boils, pour hot on top of the cucumber. Leave to cool and keep refrigerated.
Excellent for the microbiota, full of good things, these little pickles can be enjoyed alone or in sunny raw vegetable salads 🌞
