Ingredients

For 1 cup

  • 1 tsp moringa powder

  • 1 handful of fresh mint leaves

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 tsp Archie apple cider vinegar

  • Boiling water

Preparation

  1. In a cup, pour:

    • 1 tsp of moringa

    • 1 handful of fresh mint

  2. Add boiling water

  3. Let it infuse, then cool slightly

  4. Add:

    • 1 tsp Archie apple cider vinegar

    • The juice of half a lemon

  5. Stir and enjoy!

Drink this infusion hot or warm, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning or at the end of a meal to support digestion.
