A recipe by Aistou, which makes traditions dance
It is thanks to Aistou, a culinary creator and passionate about blending flavors, that this drink was born.
On her blog and in her book, she takes you on a journey through the great classics of African culinary heritage, always revisited with a contemporary and committed touch.
With this infusion, she proves to us once again that culinary openness is a treatment in itself.
