Here is a simple recipe, accessible to everyone, to prepare your own cider vinegar from raw, unpasteurized cider and a little patience.
Ingredients

1 liter of unpasteurized dry cider

1 cup of organic apple cider vinegar with the “mother” (this naturally occurring substance contains beneficial bacteria)

1 clean glass jar

1 piece of thin fabric or a dishcloth

1 elastic band
Preparation

Mix the cider and vinegar with the mother in a glass jar.

Cover the jar with the fabric or cloth, then secure it with an elastic band.
