Our cider vinegar does not contain any trace of alcohol. During the fermentation process, the alcohol present in the cider is completely transformed into acetic acid, which is a super antibacterial!

Our Archie Apple Cider Vinegar contains the “mother” of vinegar. The transformation of cider into vinegar creates the “mother” which forms naturally in the bottle. It contains a concentration of good bacteria, nutrients, minerals and vitamins. This is an indicator that our product is alive, pure, and full of benefits for the body. Unlike industrial vinegars, our vinegar is neither filtered nor pasteurized. In contrast, classic vinegars can be deprived of the "mother", filtered, and subjected to pasteurization.

Its origins and diversity:

Our vinegar comes mainly from tall apple trees with more than 20 varieties of carefully selected apples and comes from organic farming.

Its manufacturing process :

Apple cider vinegar undergoes a double fermentation process. The processing time of our cider vinegar is longer, which reinforces its unique qualities.

In comparison, traditional vinegars often undergo a simplification of their process.

We do not add sulfites during the production of Archie Apple Cider Vinegar.

However, it is possible that it contains minimal traces which form naturally during the transformation process.

No shelf life date. Store at room temperature. Close the cap tightly after use. The mother of vinegar is visible by the cloudy appearance or deposits present at the bottom of the bottle. Its appearance and color may vary, this has no impact on the quality of your Archie cider vinegar: quite the contrary!

To take it, simply mix one tablespoon in a large glass of water. It provides significant benefits for digestion and blood sugar regulation. In the morning: start with the Morning Detox treatment: 1 tablespoon diluted in a glass of water, upon waking

Lunch: Continue with raw cider vinegar: 1 tablespoon diluted in a glass of water, 20 minutes before lunch

In the evening: opt for the Good Night treatment: 2 tablespoons diluted in a glass of water, at bedtime

Take apple cider vinegar with honey in the morning and/or at noon:

You can absolutely consume both; for example, we recommend drinking the cider vinegar in the morning and taking your capsules with you to take them 20 minutes before lunch!

Reminder: 2 capsules = 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar. Take the capsules with a large glass of water and always dilute the apple cider vinegar in water, ideally drinking it through a straw.

You can use Archie clay as a hair mask. Simply mix it with cellular water or apple cider vinegar and apply it to the scalp. This duo will have a purifying and rebalancing action. Be careful not to let it dry! The mask has a neutral odor, to rinse it, simply rub the roots well when rinsing, shampoo twice and continue your hair routine.

To refill your apple cider vinegar bottle, remove the spout by lifting it with a spoon or a round-tipped knife. Then, place the bottle under the refill nozzle and fill it using the tap by pressing the two red tips.

A DropStop is included with all our treatments. It's a small metal disc included in your order.

Here's how to use it:

1. Detach the drip stopper from your bottle.
2. Fold it in a rounded shape so that it fits into the neck.
3. Insert it halfway into the bottle.
4. Pour your treatment into your tablespoon, then dilute in a glass of water.
5. Rinse your DropStop with clean water. Please note: it is not dishwasher safe.
