- 200g of oat flakes
- 80cl of soy milk (or other plant-based milk of your choice)
- A handful of cherry tomatoes
- An egg
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Add soy milk, salt and pepper to season.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent the flakes from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes, continuing to stir regularly to achieve a creamy, even consistency.
- Once cooked, remove the pan from the heat, cover it and let the porridge swell off the heat for a few minutes.
